We are always accepting new patients and take all insurances. if you would like to meet one of our doctors call for an interview at any time e-mail us with any questions:

You can now request well visit and follow-up appointments via our locations page. We will not be able to accept requests for sick appointments. A sick child requires immediate care and our offices are available for same day appointments. One of our doctors is always available after hours, please call our office for a sick appointment or to speak to a doctor.

Holbrook requests will be answered within 24 hours. Shirley, Port Jefferson, and Wading River requests will be answered the next business day.
